Mr. Lyons received a Bachelor's of Art from SUNY Albany and a Master's of Science, Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from SUNY Albany.
Mr. Lyons began his work at Columbia County Mental Health Center in 1993. He is currently the Supervisor of the Adult Health Home Care Coordination Program and Housing Single Point of Access (SPOA).
